Welcome to Chez Yvonne, an Alsatian wine bar since 1873 Wooden beams, Alsatian chairs, typical tablecloths, intimate spaces, authentic decor : Chez Yvonne is undoubtedly one of those Alsatian brasseries with an undeniable charm.

Every day, Frédéric Gerwig, the manager, and Serge Cutillo, the chef, and their teams do their best to offer a traditional, high-quality cuisine and invite you to (re)discover typical Alsatian dishes.

Undeniably linked to Yvonne Haller, who ran the restaurant from 1956 to 2001, the restaurant is a meeting place for personalities from near and far.

The menu

Probably the most famous winstub in Alsace, Chez Yvonne is a landmark for gourmets. The chef’s menu includes typical Alsatian dishes: jambonneau, liver quenelles, maennerstolz and sauerkraut. Not forgetting the famous calf’s head!

Throughout the year, the chef and his team propose dishes using seasonal produce: asparagus, rhubarb, strawberries, plums, etc.

Groups & privatisation

In this typical Alsatian house, Chez Yvonne has different lounges for 10 to 22 people For family events, business lunches, team meetings or tourist group lunches or dinners, you can use one or more of the lounges.
